Dorma is a leading manufacturer and supplier of automatic doors,operable walls,glass patch fittings and systems.
L& T ARCHITECT RAJAN VENKATESHWARAN-GUEST LECTURE
Rajan Venkateshwaran heads the architecture division of the engineering design and research center (edrc) which is the design and technology arm of L & T ECC. He has vast experience in the design of large scale architectural projects like it parks, townships, transportation and industrial buildings where he has promoted the appropriate use of materials to conserve energy and water.
TAMIL ARASAN-GUEST LECTURE
Interactive guest lecture on architectural forms by well known Bangalore based architect and prestigious alumni of NIT Trichy.

PROF.UTPAL SHARMA– GUEST LECTURE
An architect planner whose specialisation includes urban planning and housing design. Member of faculty at CEPT since 1991. He has worked with a variety of research and consultancy projects for various state and central governments in India, NGO’s and international funding bodies.
AUTODESK REVIT-WORKSHOP
Autodesk is a world leader in 2d and 3d design software for manufacturing building, construction engineering media and entertainment.
Revit is building information modelling software for Microsoft Windows currently developed by Autodesk which allows the user to design with parametric modelling and draughting elements .

ARCHCULT 2010 THEME
The theme for Archult 2010 is Gestalt, the philosophy that the unified whole is much more than the sum of its parts. Be it a team, a work of art, or a piece of architecture, each component of the conscious experience deserves to be treated as a constructive element, whose relationship with other components contributes to the making of the whole as much as it does by itself. Archcult 2010
ARCHCULT is a three day long event is a platform for interaction amongst students of different schools and with professionals in architecture and related fields. Daily events and competitions test the skills, grit and team spirit of the participating colleges as they contend for exciting prizes, and the overall trophy.
